I am obsessed with physical supply chains, manufacturing processes, and the global economy. I daydream about how things are made and how products ended up in my hands. I seek out factory tours when I am on vacation. I love to design, build, grow, and optimize sustainable Supply Chains and Manufacturing networks that deliver complex business objectives and enable organizations to flourish while also reducing and improving the impact these products have on the earth. I have found the best way to do this is by leading and developing teams that take responsibility for the impact they can have on the world through our work. I am an experienced FMCG Supply Chain executive, with deep functional leadership experience in Global Sourcing Strategy, Manufacturing Transformation, Logistics Optimization, M&A Integration, SAP Implementations and Procurement. I have also worked in IT and Global Shared Services and have extensive End to End Supply Chain Leadership expertise. I have done this work all over the world, having lived in Asia and North America, and worked in 30+ countries.
