Led through major sectoral and organisational change to establish a new, leading, robust and profitable national independent learning provider. Responsible for all training operations including strategy, sales, p&l’s, quality, compliance, operations and delivery. Merged three national training businesses, A4E, Avanta and Elpis to create the new provider. Endorsed by Ofsted in 2017 as delivering "high quality training across the organisation" and that leaders "skilfully negotiated a major period of change". End to end responsibility for portfolio of public/private accounts, responsibility for contractual delivery and reputational management of 64 major employers with Departmental funding worth £250million, their engagement, performance and positioning with Government priorities. Protecting their interests against policy change and associated communications management.

- Responsible for the strategy, procurement, complex contractual infrastructure and delivery against Ministerial and Government priorities on the Skills Agenda, successfully delivering against objectives through a team of National account Managers.- Successfully delivered external engagement strategies across multiple channels and events, including Ministers, Public, the Mayor of London, Executive Directors and a range of stakeholder bodies- Responsibility for Marketing and Communications, including events, roundtables, media presence, stakeholder audits and tracking, research and customer surveys delivered through a dedicated team of Marcomms professionals- A media trained Ambassador, regularly representing the Government externally whilst also identifying and managing down high profile PR issues at boardroom level. Examples include potentially damaging issues with Starbucks, McDonalds and Asda where the relationships remain intact and delivering against priorities- Effectively developed information flows with key public and private stakeholders including Central Government and boardroom level executives including internal and external briefings- Developed and facilitated key workshops across stakeholders to debate and change technical policy with Senior Civil Servants resulting in changes to Act of Parliament- Completion of time critical strategy papers and responses to Parliamentary and Departmental questions- Represented stakeholders at internal and external working groups with regards to policy and operational development in support of Central Government strategies and lobbying where appropriate
