As a member of the in-house disputes and litigation group, my work included:- Media law, primarily in defamation and injurious falsehood- Copyright infringements- Regulatory matters- Contractual disputes - Responding to information gathering processes, including subpoenas and coronial orders for production

Matters include:- Corporate disputes, including claims for breaches of directors' duties and shareholders disputes;- Commercial, contractual and other business disputes;- Insolvency matters, including defending claims brought by liquidators and administrators;- Property disputes, including commercial leasing disputes; and- Product liability claims.
