After a successful career with companies including Microsoft, Boeing, Dun & Bradstreet, and a number of national and regional IT staffing and Consulting companies, I decided to make a career change to combat burnout and to satisfy my need to make direct and positive impact on those I serve. I became a Hearing Instrument Specialist (licensed in Missouri, Illinois and Georgia), and have quickly grown the hearing aid centers that I manage for Miracle Ear St. Louis into St. Louis area leaders. I have worked as a Sales Manager/Trainer for a group of hearing aid centers, but have more recently focused on providing direct service to patients in local centers.Prior Sales and IT career focus included sales and channel management where I achieved a solid track record of success. As a Partner Account Manager (Channel Manager) for Microsoft, I managed the North Central Area group of resellers for the Microsft Dynamics family of solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, and Dynamics CRM across multiple vertical markets including manufacturing, professional services, distribution and healthcare. I have strong skills recruiting IT professionals and selling IT professional services. I built strong, collaborative relationships to empower customer success and to grow my business. I adeptly leveraged multiple sales methodologies (SPI Solution Selling, Sandler, and Khalsa) to accelerate, expand and close opportunities.
