Nonprofit organizations can easily post job openings and access our resume bank. Job seekers can easily search job openings and post their resume. Our mission is to connect nonprofits and job seekers, helping them secure the best match of talent and passion.

• Managed organization's volunteer programs and internships, which involved oversight of 30-40 volunteers and interns at any one time, and included advertisement, recruitment, selection, training, scheduling, recognition, consultation, compliance, evaluation, and -if necessary- termination• Oversaw success of AmeriCorps program, which involved advertisement, recruitment, selection, training, and recognition, as well as consultation for AmeriCorps members and supervising staff, and compliance with a variety of regulations• Maintained and updated recruitment materials, position descriptions, evaluation forms, exit surveys, policies and procedures, and extensive training materials for volunteer and AmeriCorps programs
