Part of a project team on a large industrial materials handling project. Worked with the client to ensure their needs/requirements were addressed and that the project stayed on schedule and on budget. Tracked changes in scope and worked closely with the lead design engineers in all disciplines to ensure that they meet the scheduled deliverables. Developed and maintained the CPM schedule. Logged and issued RFI's both from the client and the engineers to ensure communication of important information was communicated promptly.

As Manager of the Capital Projects Group oversaw all of the Capital Projects with combined budgets up to $20MM per year. Assigned project managers for each project and assisted and mentored them in putting together a highly functional project team. Served as the company representative with the clients and communicated with them and all stakeholders throughout the projects. Provided monthly project status reports to all corporate leadership associated with the projects and bimonthly financial reports to the regional finance departments. Created and maintained Project Database and directed the electronic conversion of older project paper documents to complete the Project Database. Worked as project manager on the large projects.

Managed and reported on the construction progress throughout the project. Created O&M manuals for each project and trained site personnel during commissioning. Assisted the local site managers with equipment replacement and plant maintenance on past projects.
