A serial tech company founder and digital transformation practitioner I've always been involved in how technology can help organisations change for the better. I like helping people to see that change is not as scary as they think and then seeing how much they get out of working differently.I'm happy to have worked with great teams in both the private and public sector who are true digital innovators. I facilitated the creation of digital by default business strategies for The Home Office, The Department for Business Innovation and Skills and The Department of Culture Media and Sport. I then worked to help GDS to grow and mature the way it operated as it moved out of start-up phase. As part of my work to build partnerships with the rest of government I lead on the update to the GOV.UK proposition with departments and agencies. I also undertook market engagement to find great agile digital suppliers to help GDS complete the transition of over 300 agency web sites into the single domain GOV.UK.
