As an EFA Mentor I play a key role in delivering the EFA support programme in schools, working with SSAT’s education team. I have thorough knowledge and experience of formative assessment and the Embedding Formative Assessment programme.Key areas of work include: • Working and supporting schools through the EFA programme over the two-year period • Preparing and delivering training in-schools and online • Maintaining conversation records for programme providing regular feedback to the SSAT team • Sharing learning across the EFA Mentor network • Supporting the development of the EFA programme • Undertaking school visits as scheduled in the EFA programme • Involvement in a robust quality assurance process both internally and externally as part of the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) grant work
