Co-founded ERI Assured in June 2017 to utilise our extensive background in delivering recruitment and resourcing solutions. I have previously worked with many diverse types of organisations including some of the world’s largest engineering and technology companies, helping them to successfully recruit key individuals and to build business teams on a national and international basis.ERI Assured offers executive sourcing and recruitment solutions across a range of disciplines and market verticals. Managing Director of Johnston Vere Associates Ltd which acquired Johnston Vere Consultancy in 2014 through an MBO.I performed a dual role of handling general operational and commercial responsibility for the business including overseeing internal recruitment, training and leadership of consultants and research staff, whilst at the same time delivering a consistently high level of sales. Experience included:• Global account management for several key accounts & Business Development across numerous markets• Delivering complex multiple retained search assignments internationallyAfter over 16 successful and enjoyable years at the company I decided to leave the business in April 2017 to take on new challenges.

I joined the company as a graduate researcher/trainee recruitment consultant and through various promotions became Senior Consultant, Business Manager and a Director in 2011. I became Managing Director in 2012 and successfully managed the business through a challenging transitional period for the company which eventually led to the formation of Johnston Vere Associates, which I was heavily involved in. My role was a a dual function of delivering sales while having general P&L responsibility and to manage the day to day running of the company including leading a team of consultants, research and administration staff.
