At Main Street Hub, I was responsible for developing, managing, and recruiting top engineering talent that delivers high quality, scalable, content management and revenue acceleration platforms. Working directly with the SVP of Engineering and SVP of Product, I built technical and product roadmaps. In conjunction with the product and design teams I developed strategies to identify risk and dependencies so the engineering team can ship iterative wins every two weeks.- Rebuilt their entire customer on boarding process using enterprise grade tools. Average on boarding time dropped from 22 days to under 13.- Worked with 2 development teams that missed the prior 4 delivery deadlines to instill best agile practices. After 2 months, both teams met 12 consecutive delivery deadlines.

As the Managing Director of the Austin office, my charter was to ensure that the Austin office hired world class engineers, developed world class engineers and delivered on the brand promise for each of our clients.- Accountable for the delivery of all projects and profitability within the Austin Office ($10M+)- Designed and implemented company initiatives including hiring practices, mentoring, contract vehicles and technology selections- Hired over 25 engineers and worked to ensure their success while working at Headspring- Responsible for the career development of all engineers (65+) within the Austin Office- Scoped very large projects to ensure contracts and delivery teams were setup for success ($2.5M+)

In each of the roles I have worked at Lockheed Martin I have had to write code. I quickly became known around the company as someone who was not afraid to learn a new technology or language to get the job done. I have written tens of thousands of lines of code in most every modern object oriented language. Tasks included finding performance bottlenecks while maintaining a large software baseline that was built on a daily basis, process interoperability (sending data between Windows applications and Unix applications), and studies into human computer interaction- Scripts that perform automated building and unit testing
