This also involves utilizing adult learning best practices of declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge.- Prepare and maintain training program materials to support the most recent & effective information is being delivered.- Coach incoming Global Professional Instructors in the office & on the road to further their depth & breadth of knowledge of course content and delivery of the program.- Familiar with all program types offered through CPI and ways to support those programs with ongoing development training.
