I was asked to join another Mac engineer on a 7 month contract to work on an Adobe CS3 project. There were 600-650 Macs across four buildings in London and Peterborough that were included in this project. Other responsibilities included using a RadMind system to administer software, to Netboot / NetInstall software to the Macs over a Local Area Network and to assist the in-house Mac engineer on day-to-day support issues, locally and remotely, using Apple Remote Desktop.
