I have a deep commitment to sustainability, to transforming legacy businesses, and to bringing our customer’s visions to life.Our HistoryProgress Luv2Pak has been a leader in custom packaging since 1917. Founded by an immigrant who came to Canada from Europe after escaping WWI, the company started with humble roots manufacturing hat boxes in downtown Toronto, Canada. Over time, the company grew and broadened its assortment to serve the needs of its customers.In the early 1980s, my entrepreneurial father acquired the company from the original founding family. Under his leadership, the company grew dramatically, expanded globally, and diversified its mix. Progress Luv2Pak is a pioneer when it comes to sustainable packaging; it’s been a top priority for well over 20 years. My BackgroundOur business has always been an integral part of my life. Growing up, I would spend weekends at the factory with my father, visit suppliers overseas during March Break and work countless jobs throughout the business during summer vacations. After earning a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, I joined Procter & Gamble and ran some of their biggest businesses in Canada, working closely with brands like Gillette and Pampers and retailers like Walmart and Target. P&G is a training ground for many of the world’s business leaders and was a great place to start my career. In time, I re-joined Progress Luv2Pak. I started on the ground floor unloading shipping containers, working my way to COO in 2020 and ultimately being appointed as President in 2021.TodayProgress Luv2Pak has become known for its award-winning range of retail, gift, brand & stock packaging. I’m proud to help some of the biggest brands on the planet shine, including Canada Goose, Mejuri, Williams Sonoma, Tim Hortons and many more. I’m an active Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) member for the Maple Leaf Chapter in Toronto. I’m committed to continuing the legacy of Progress Luv2Pak while also modernizing it in this digital age.
