I aim to build close professional and personal relationships with my clients and utilise this relationship, combined with my relevant skills and experience to provide the highest level of service, ultimately helping my clients to succeed.My accounting career began in 2000 with a prominent Central Coast based Chartered Accounting firm, where I started as a Cadet and progressed through the ranks, departing the firm as an Associate in 2009. During this time, my service – orientated focus allowed me to build strong professional relationships with my business clients across a range of industries, resulting in a high level of residual goodwill which still exists today.Following an extended period of travel abroad with my wife Ash, I relocated to Sydney to take up a position of Manager with a highly regarded boutique mid-tier Chartered Accounting firm in the Sydney CBD. This position provided exposure to new clients, ideas and know – how, integral in rounding out my skill set and positioning me for my return to the Central Coast and formation of HD Accounting & Business Consultants with my long-time associate and friend Matt Drummond.I completed my Bachelor of Commerce in 2004 through the University of Newcastle and attained my Chartered Accountant qualification in 2009.
