As Digital Architect for the Global Markets Operations & Enablement, I develop and enable technologies supporting change management, revenue planning, virtual collaboration and competitive intelligence information. I work primarily using the VueJS framework with Microsoft SharePoint SPFX, Vite, Vuetify, Node, Webpack, VSCode and Git tools to develop custom designed, access-restricted Office 365 applications. I also conduct cybersecurity awareness training for our Markets organization.

I led a team of account managers that advised marketing directors on digital and creative strategies and helped design execution and measurement plans for their campaigns and events. I was also the Account leader for five of the firm's top marketing programs where I helped develop and deliver a global web presence and digital strategy. This included the CFO content hub with CNBC sponsorship, Winner of best “Corporate Brand Promotion” at the inaugural World Media Awards 2016, a multi-lingual Alumni web site deployed to 20+ countries, a content hub dedicated to board governance issues, and a highly successful gender parity campaign.

I led a team of digital product managers for the firm's global web sites, collaboration tools, mobile apps and use of social media. We made sure these channels worked well for the business and collaborated with IT and vendors to enhance them by following a well-defined product road map. I looked for overlaps in other projects that sought to deploy a web site or mobile app, so that we leveraged existing products or improve them to meet new needs of the business.My primary accomplishment was to influence and educate partners and other executives to advance the use of digital marketing best practices, social media and mobile at EY.

I managed a team of 18 producers that created 500+ videos, live webcasts, podcasts and other digital components each year for meetings, the web and other presentations. We provided numerous high-profile production services for Americas leadership and helped with various global communications. Key accomplishments included the successful initiation of live video webcasts by the Americas CEO, creation of a multi-lingual, text and video blogging platform for the Americas CEO, and transition of the department to HD video.

In this role I developed the webcast platform used by Ernst & Young to produce thousands of internal and external-facing live webcasts to hundreds of thousands of viewers. Based on a .NET/SQL technology stack, it combined technologies from vendors like IVT MediaPlatform, TalkPoint, Kontiki and Aprimo with custom-written software to manage and publish webcasts, generate detailed user engagement reports, publish on-demand content and provide portals for users to find the events. I worked with IT to deploy and maintain the platform, and with vendors to integrate their technologies. I also acted as lead producer for many of the events and collaborated with other producers to enhance the platform based on the real needs of the business.
