At Riverside I was in charge of all aspects of day to day business from staffing rota's and event organisation to banking and stock ordering.Under my leadership The Riverside went from strength to strength with rising numbers of customers and record sales for the venue in each of the three departments (Restaurant, Night Club and Bar).Also under my leadership the venue was nominated for a number of local radio awards, winning 'Best Team' and Best venue in the process. We were also nominated for national awards.
