Aju Paraplu! Een nieuw begin, mijn afscheid van Newpeople… Het persbericht is eruit en dat betekent dat ik het ook zelf mag vertellen. Als oprichter van Newpeople, heb ik, dankzij jullie, de meest onvergetelijke reis gemaakt. Het moment van reflectie was deze zomer aangebroken, met absolute dankbaarheid, de nodige emoties en ook opwinding voor wat de toekomst gaat brengen. De afgelopen jaren waren gevuld met uitdagingen, te veel om nu op te noemen, en zeker ook met veel successen en bovenal, onvergetelijke ervaringen met bijzondere mensen!Toen ik Newpeople begon, had ik de visie om een bureau te bouwen dat zich onderscheidde door zich als ‘open book company’ te richten op de werving van ‘the next generation’ marketeers. Samen met een team van young professionals hebben we deze digitale kaart getekend en vele organisaties geholpen bij het vinden van de juiste digitale (senior) talenten. Onze bijdrage aan deze groei, én de persoonlijke en inhoudelijke groei van vele digitale talenten, onder andere door de organisatie van vele events en ronde tafels, is een erfenis waar ik met trots op terugkijk. We hebben loopbanen gevormd, organisaties digitaal getransformeerd en het digitale bedrijfsleven en haar medewerkers weer een stap vooruit geholpen.Samenwerken, humor, leren van en met elkaar, wendbaar zijn en blijven en elkaar uitdagen waren en zijn belangrijke succesfactoren geweest. De successen waren zeker niet alleen mijn verdiensten, maar het resultaat van het harde werk en toewijding van het hele team. Veel dank hiervoor! Ik wil alle contactpersonen bij de vele opdrachtgevers bedanken. Jullie hebben ons vertrouwd met de zoektocht naar de juiste mensen en we hebben het voorrecht gehad om samen te werken met inspirerende organisaties, super leerzaam!!Mijn vertrek markeert het begin van een nieuw avontuur.
