Worked directly for the Vice President of information technology on his yearly publication of technology outcomes. 500 run print of the publication is used to express departmental achievements and highlight faculty and student workers that have done an outstanding job.

Taught a class on video production to 10-14 year olds. Course content included advanced techniques such as 180 degree rule, matching on action, shoot to edit, storyboarding, and editing. Editing was done on Adobe Premiere and iMovie.Lessons made in advance with a hilarious and engaging tutorial made by me and the co-instructor prior to the course. This led to high levels of understanding, proved our mastery of the material, and led to laughs from the kids which helps them LEARN!Final project was to break the class into 4 production teams responsible for a scene in an overarching short film. This made the class of 20 put together a cohesive script, delegate actors, create a production crew of: director, camera operator, and assistant camera operator. They used scene and take numbers throughout the course which sped up editing and each scene was carefully storyboarded before allowed to film. Final projects were 5 minutes in length and produced and edited in 1.5 weeks.4 classes per day, 4 weeks in length. Two sessions. Taught 160 students over two months.
