Currently working in the utilities industry at Red Energy. Started off as a Revenue Specialist in Credit Management assessing credit risk, maintaining credit check queues and other administrational tasks. After about a year was promoted into the Sales department as a Quality and Compliance Consultant and 2IC managing and ensuring all telesales activities meet quality and compliance standards as well as reporting and analysis to highlight risks and other ad hoc tasks for internal customers. After almost four years I was promoted into the Marketing team and currently as Marketing Campaign Manager, responsible for campaign management, communications and brand management, analysis & reporting, relationship management, compliance and risk management.I have a background in Market Research and worked in the industry for over 6 years. I have qualitative and quantitative project management experience, strong graphical management and reporting skills with a focus on the design and insights. I worked on several cutting edge projects for a variety of well-known research consultancies.
