Kindergarten graduation - A microphone was passed around to answer the question "What do you want to be when you grow up?" The typical 6 year old answers were enthusiastically expressed among the crowd: "Astronaut" and "Police Officer" and "Fireman." For me it was always so clear and easy - "I want to be a homebuilder!" I've been living that dream ever since that day as part of our family business. We build homes in communities for other families and it's the only thing I want to do with my life. Experiencing wins alongside our co-workers and pushing through challenges with those people are my main motivating factors. I love this industry, our company, and most importantly, the culture we have while we're accomplishing our goals.
