I am a coach, mentor, adviser and investor. I partner with CEO's, startup founders and their teams to help navigate the challenges and triumphs of building great companies. My background is in both business and psychology, which I draw on to help my clients and portfolio partners accelerate their growth to simultaneously achieve better performance and wellbeing outcomes. I am passionate about supporting leaders to make more conscious and intentional choices about the impact they really want to have - at work and in life. I particularly enjoy working closely with leaders as they rapidly scale organisations to help them meet the constantly changing needs and pressures of their environment. I believe in unlocking strengths first and learning to accept imperfection. I also believe that the greatest leaders are confidently authentic, courageously bold and deeply compassionate. A core part of my focus is to help my clients let go of outdated assumptions and unhelpful behaviours, so they can push through boundaries and achieve their greatest potential.
