• Proactive market CFO responsible for financial accounting | controlling | treasury - banking | planning | and daily operations (logistics footprint) – drove the financial strategy and increased modern channel sales by modernizing the go-to-market strategy and improving financial controls.• Partner cross-functionally to lead simultaneous projects on P&L improvements, predictability and accuracy of plans & initiatives – increasing 50% cash collections | budgets reduction of 25% | redesign inventory & logistics footprint | fostering win-win solution to complex negotiations.• Experience building and managing high performance teams - leading a growing team of 6 professionals.

• FP&A leadership role responsible for leading | advising | analyzing | problem solving | and building relationships across 9 emerging markets in Central and South America cluster.• Effectively drove change – pushing rapid expansion into new territories (Caribbean Islands) | launching new brands | SKU product cost optimization | business process improvement | annual planning.• Identified and implementing tools to help the teams continually produce high quality and timely reports and analyses as the business scales.

• Full performance managerial P&L responsibility of largest market in Latin America with a direct sales operation and 100% share growth year-on-year.• Provided in-depth financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting recommendations and created a new tax strategy generating tax savings (contributing over $50MN over multiple years) .• Advised senior management, specifically CFO and GM, and built a higher performance team of 5 professionals.

• Corporate FP&A consolidation role of all financial performance for $12BN in sales & 10% YoY growth.• Led the preparation of the annual budgets, short-term and long-term forecasts as well as financial reporting pack - coordinating 7 regions and 120+ markets.• Prepared presentations and facilitated discussions with senior management.• Entrusted as employee representative - Swiss Pension Plan $500MN investments.

• Valuation, financial reporting, and communication role consisting of engaging with senior management, investors, and stakeholders on presenting financial statements and ensuring clear content.• Led competitive analysis across various fundamental business metrics, including product line cycle and share of market performance.

• Acted as independent advisor | coordinator for all corporate finance projects requiring Group CEO & CFO approval, and established actionable and measurable KPIs.• Led system upgrades and worldwide trainings which delivered over 25% efficiency to speed to market.

Lead the wholesale and incentive budgets for $500M revenue, and general ledger accounting for 6 BeNeLux Ralph Lauren retail stores.
