I'm a bachelor of business graduate from Dundalk Institute of Technology, achieving a first class honours degree , with a real interest in the financial side of businesses. I feel that i excel in problems which are based upon numbers but i also have a clear understanding of what certain figures will mean for a business which i think is very essential . I have a background within the gambling industry, working for Hughes BET as an assistant manager and also as head cashier for the past 4 years ,which is one of the busiest bookmakers within Newry and surrounding areas. From this i have not only further developed numeracy skills but also i have gained the vital experience of dealing with capital and greatly improving effective communications with customers which is a skill i believe is essential in any business format. I have the goal to work for one the big firms in the gambling industry within the financial / risk aspect and hope to even further my development within the firm. My personal work style would be that i have an ethic to get things done effectively in advance from when they are due. I believe that this has not only got to do with my time in secondary and third level education but also from my part time job where it is essential not to be far behind in schedule. In terms of education i achieved 3 Bs at A Level and an A at AS level.
