I’ve worked with customers for the greater part of my life. Working in several different industries has given me insight to how business is done not only in those particular industries, but also how they are similar giving me the ability to better serve my clients. I obtained my college degree later in my adult life and would like the opportunity to not only put that acquired knowledge to use, but to also combine it with my work experience in order to enter a new job focus and excel. Having done a small amount of purchasing, inventory, and sourcing while running a print shop, I feel I would be a great fit in supply chain management if given the chance.Some of my skills and traits that would help accomplish that goal would--I have been working in customer service for nearly two decades. I have provided direct service to every level within a company from the President/Owner/CEO level to the entry level employee. --I have a high aptitude for learning new information and processes. I was able to advance to a top level position in my last job seven months quicker than they usually allow an employee to even be a candidate and assume the position.--I look for ways to improve how I do work. Working smarter benefits not only the employees but also the company. I have written three procedure manuals at a former employer that have not only sped up training and retention, but also improved speed and efficiency.--I take pride in my work.
