*PROJECTS:- Iloilo Festive Walk Mall- Iloilo Festive Walk Annex- Iloilo Festive Walk Phase 2B- Iloilo Museum of Contemporary Arts- Iloilo Steel Deck Parking and Transporation Hub - 1 & 2- Bridgelink 1 and 4*DESCRIPTION:● In charge in the overall commercial projects of Megaworld Iloilo.● Prepares the work activity reports for monitoring billing and Monthly Report.● Enforces the implementation of quality plans and objectives of the project.● Checks work design and technical specifications if implemented correctly on site.● Supervises all related work activities and assigned tasks being done on site.● Interprets and executes plans and specifications.● Coordinates and monitor contractor's works on proper execution and compliance to quality plan.● Furnishes contractors the plans/details needed as well as informing them of the changes or additive/deductive works on site.● Coordinates the requisition,issuance and the timely delivery of required materials on site.● Accomplishes and prepares QA/QC checklist and daily report.

● Supervises all related work activities and assigned tasks being done on site.● Interprets and executes plans and specifications.● Ensures that all materials to be installed comply with the approved submmitals and tests.● Prepares the work activity reports for monitoring especially on plumbing scope of works.● Enforces the implementation of quality plans and objectives of the project.
