Conduct preventive and proactive maintenance, by leading a team of technicians where required, to identify and resolve underlying faults in equipment ensuring compliance to relevant safety and quality standards to minimize breakdown maintenance. Identify and resolve technical faults of equipment / machinery in coordination with end users with minimal recovery time. Carry out proactive technical inspection on machines as well as based on the fault reported by the end user, confirm whether the fault persists, identify the root case, implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure the breakdown response priority matrix and recovery KPI's are achieved to deliver the required levels of quality and service.
