Working for the San Francisco Public Library, Benjamin was tasked with being the Social Media Team Chair, handling Press and Media Engagement, being the editor of both the Library's paper and electronic newsletters as well as the duties of being Public Relations Officer representing the Library in a variety of matters including media relationship management. Writing up press releases and media content for community engagement and program outreach were just some of the basic responsibilities in representing one of the premier libraries in the country.
