I am a full-time Recovery worker, I handle a caseload of clients, conduct evaluations, build person-centred recovery programmes, and assist them in becoming more independent. I am supportive and caring for people with mental illnesses/disabilities who require assistance with their daily routines. In my current role, I am responsible for the everyday well-being of a large number of tenants throughout the work week. At the City of Liverpool College I am a mental health advisor. I handle referrals and work with students experiencing psychological distress by offering non-judgemental support, helping them to succeed in education and beyond. I am passionate about empowering people to overcome their mental health difficulties. I can support the student in various areas, with my main experience being in stress/worry management and low mood/depression. My aim is to support the student to feel listened to and experience a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space. I also work as a youth worker for Mustard Seed Chapel Charity. I mentor aspiring young workers by empowering and equipping them with the tools they need to succeed and inspire others. I give seminars and organise activities for youth and university students. As a leader, I have excellent planning and organisational skills, which I have developed as a volunteer over the years. I am very adaptable and available to work weekends and provide support cover as needed. I am looking for a full-time position at a professional company where I can put my qualifications to good use while growing my areas of knowledge.
