 Primary responsibilities include Web designing and Graphic Designing. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the ServiceDesk. Update network applications as required. Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests tothe appropriate party, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment. Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise. Increase efficiencies, technical ability and interpersonal skills. Provide support to the Technology Team. Maintain daily tape back-up and off-site tape storage. Conduct technology training for new users. Perform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarking. Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software. Complete special project as requested i.e. Business Cards, Catalogues, and Brochures etc.
