As Divisional Accountant for the Sugar Division my chief responsibility was the month end close process. As Project Management Officer (PMO) I was responsible for managing the BPO initiative for the national Private Business practice. This initiative involved the outsourcing of certain business processes to a team based in Manila, Philippines.
