  We, the VTOL Project e.V., have been a registered university group at the University of Stuttgart since summer 2019 and have been organized as an association since July 7, 2021. We are fully dedicated to the topic and research of vertical take-off and landing flying vehicles (VTOL). For this purpose, we develop our own VTOL concepts on a model scale for various purposes. We also organize trips to companies and events and lectures related to VTOL vehicles and urban aviation.We are committed to making VTOL vehicles a research and teaching topic in all the Universities around Germany, as we see the future of urban aviation in this market area. For this reason, we are developing a modular flight model that can be adapted to various experiments. In this way, we want to allow students to pursue scientific questions about urban flying, drone flight, surveying technology, and many other interesting approaches. Show less
