CurrentAs an avid reader and writer in my professional and personal life, I utilize the skills I’ve learned over the years in grammar, editing, and word usage. As a graduate from Caitlin Pyle’s online course, Transcript Proofreading: Theory and Practice (TPTP), I am prepared to meet your professional expectations. In that course, I spent many hours completing 3,000 pages of real-life transcripts on a range of topics. I have experience with depositions, examinations under oath, hearings, and more.I use the following references and resources as I proofread: The Gregg Reference Manual; the Merriam-Webster Dictionary; Court Reporting: Grammar and Punctuation by Diane Castilaw-Palliser. I research the internet, as I deem necessary, to verify punctuation, addresses, spellings, and medical terminology.I am dedicated to making your transcript as accurate and error-free as possible.
