About Benito Almendares
My mission is to coordinate client and employer participation in employment skills training to enhance job placement opportunities for transitioning service members. I have a Master of Divinity (MDiv) in Youth and Family Ministries from Liberty University and a field of expertise in Christian Ministries. I am passionate about helping others achieve their personal and professional goals, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.As a CSPIA, I manage the Career Skill Program (CSP) by preparing and conducting briefings to military stakeholders, communicating with colleagues and higher-level personnel, and reporting program, project, and customer status. I use my coaching and administrative skills to ensure that the program meets the CSP's requirements, expectations, and deadlines. Previously, I was the Chief Instructor and the Training Manager in the Missouri National Guard, where I monitored the day-to-day operations of the schoolhouse, promoted growth and team cohesiveness among staff, created annual training plans and budgets, and organized and scheduled yearly training events. I have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Build partnerships with employers and economic developers from the surrounding cities. By building these partnerships, our service members are given more opportunity to locate a company to conduct an internship.
