I needed to find a different way to deal with this and I knew that the solution was not outside but in myself. I could not control what was happening outside, but I could change the way I was approaching any situation. I was very fortunate to come across great books and masters that showed me a new perspective about the world and how this perspective could empower me to face and resolve any challenging situation with great inner peace and contentment. Since then, I put it in practice and everything started to change, my health turned around and my view of the situations were seeing as opportunities for growth, expansion and joy.
