My name is Benito Luna-Ramirez, and I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Western Michigan University in May 2021. I obtained a major in Integrated Supply Management and a minor in Business Administration. I currently hold a Counter Sales Representative IV job position at Graybar Electric Supply where I am able to implement the professional skills obtained from the Integrated Supply Chain Management program. I take pride in what I have accomplished in the past six years by managing time to complete requirements to increase my education. I became part of Battle Creek’s Kellogg Community College in spring of 2013. I sustained a full-time job at Miller Poultry in Orland, Indiana, while being a full-time student. I was able to maintain a 3.46 or higher GPA at school by managing time with classes and work.In addition, I have business experience in team management, customer service, sales, digital and warehouse implementations. I worked in the management department as a Team Lead for the Reebok retail company. During this experience, my responsibilities were to open and close store, manage and lead team members, maintain accurate inventory on sales floor, maintain a clear store, report data such as financial, sales, and employee performances to area management. In addition, my objective is to increase my knowledge and skills to obtain a position and create new opportunities of advancement within the manufacturing industry. These types of positions and experiences helped me improve my team organizational, time-management, communication, customer service, data entry, and accounting skills. As a result, I have been able to increase my skills and knowledge in the business administration career that can help me adapt to employer’s objectives in their specific work environment.I am always looking for advancement in my professional network.
