I am a sourcing specialist with over ten years in the valve and manufacturing industry. My vast experience in machining, engineering design, and supply chain management help me to successfully solve problems and execute the sourcing strategy of ValvTechnologies. At the heart of my ethic is a strong sense of continual improvement, always seeking to improve any process, procedure, and activity that I am involved in. Furthermore, I am analytically minded, which helps me analyze complex issues and develop solutions through collaboration. My goal is not to only contribute skills and abilities to my organization, but to do so with honesty and transparency. In 2020 I graduated from the University of Houston - Downtown with my MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Management. Not only did this journey give me many new skills, but it helped deepen many of the skills I had already attained throughout my experience. My MBA also complemented my leadership studies very well, which I finished in 2018 with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership. Some of my fondest educational memories were attained while studying for this degree, and I learned many crucial skills that I am sure will continue to benefit me as I progress in my career.
