• Apply knowledge, skills and techniques to execute and coordinate Continuous Business & Process Improvement Resource projects efficiently and effectively using Lean Six Sigma’s DMAIC processes• Document and present developed project processes/procedures to executives and management• Use VBA and Excel to build the Investor Services Staffing Models based on predicting customer volume to a 94% accuracy and analyzing employee productivity assuming a 95% confidence level• Analyze volume and other factors within the company’s financial advising department to provide trends, reporting and forecasts to exceed Service Level Agreements with all clients.
