Role: Network Operations Engineer – VoIP, SMS, SMPP - India• Setting up SIP Trunks and performing basic IP Network troubleshooting & setting up routing.• Working on rates using Sippy client software.• Manage account creations and connections as requested by the Commercial team.• Managing whole rates department and technical issues with both customers and vendors.• Troubleshooting TTs using fresh desk tool.• Testing, and CDR sharing; evaluating inbound/outbound voice quality, route test using softphone tool.• Coordinating with the clients over Skype, emails, and phone.• Planning & optimization of voice network based on traffic density, switch capacity, endpoint provisioning, route maintenance and profit margin.• Troubleshoots VoIP issues utilizing packet capture tools and VoIP server logs.• Hands on experience with Sippy, Alaris, and SCP protocols for troubleshooting the network devices.• Traffic and routes quality monitoring.• Communicate with commercial team in daily basis to insure business lifecycle.• Monitor quality of traffic, monitor, bad traffic quality, network binds etc.• Investigate to all the cases reported by the client on the traffic quality, new feature requests and others.• Handling, Troubleshooting and resolve clients’ tickets in daily basis, and more.
