- Supervise HR of 21 Plant all over in Indonesia with more than 3.700 employees-.Supervise HRGA manager in some Factory- Making HR Strategic Plan for division, preparing the budget and then control the execution- Deliver some initiaves program likes employee self service, employee engagement etc- Involved on cost saving programme

- Responsible to manage HR budget for compensation & benefit- Responsible to maintain employee relation & industrial relation (labor union, government)
