Reported to Group CFO & Group FD.- Management of Group & Operational Finance teams.- Monthly plc board reporting.- Interim and annual report preparation.- Management and development of finance systems.- Long term and weekly cash reporting.- Responsible for Group treasury and FX program.- Group forecasting.In the last three years Braemar has been through significant change, during this period the business has divested three divisions to create a core business focused on shipbroking.

Reported to CFO/COO. Private Equity backed digital marketing business that has undergone significant organisational and operational change.Responsibilities included:- Leadership and direction of a team of 15- Provide strategic and decision making support to Operational Business- Monthly reporting, including debt covenant reporting- Working with external financial providers and private equity backers to raise finance- Preparation of data for Information Memorandum and Data Room- Highly granular cashflow forecasting for multiple entities and currencies- Implementation of Sage Financials as part of integrated quotes, contracts, billing & revenue reporting solution- Preparation of Financial Statements and audit sign-off for fifteen legal entities across UK, Europe, Asia, North & South America
