• Conducted research and development work on second-life Electric Vehicle (EV) batteries for use in renewable power storage. I was tasked with creating technical diagrams, instruction manuals, as well as designing and building prototype equipment. • I designed and built a prototype attachment for a Nissan leaf EV battery that activated the power rail, and displayed OEM diagnostic information• Assembled and tested custom 7.5kWh LiFePo battery packs• Created a detailed work instruction for the full assembly and installation of construction equipment EV retrofit kits• Created a Windows PowerShell script that optimized an nRF SDK application driver install. Process reduced setup time from 30 minutes to 10 seconds with a 0% error rate.• Constructed, tested, and demonstrated a working prototype for a drone-based explosive delivery system to be deployed in avalanche prevention. Resulted in a successful delivery of prototype to customer, satisfying all design and safety requirements of Transport Canada.• Wrote embedded Firmware in C for Atemega 3560 to actuate a robotic arm (comprised of 3 metal gear servo motors and a safety light system) to streamline a quality check procedure in the loading and unloading of raw steel into a CNC machine without human intervention, Resulted in a 100% improvement on existing processes, safety, and reduction in labour costs.
