My role was to help the Technology Team and their counterparts from all Government ministries in Digital Transformation projects, helping in the coordination for the implementation of the Digital Transformation strategy in different Ministries, incorporating a technological vision, with a high focus on the design of services focused on the end user. This includes the software development team, devops team and support team for all the Division's products.
