As a Product Experience Designer at SGS, I led the optimization of the customer journey, focusing on enhancing the purchase funnel and creating seamless experiences for sports teams, schools, and corporate clients. Through user research, data analysis, and UX/UI design, I improved engagement, retention, and conversions.Key Contributions:Purchase Funnel: Redesigned the Homepage, PLPs, and Product Editor, and implemented a quick-customize Product Detail Page (PDP) to streamline the process.GA4 Problem Resolution: Resolved a GA4 issue that caused $5K monthly losses by redirecting traffic from an underutilized page.Email Strategy: Simplified customer emails after identifying discomfort from excessive communication, leading to improved satisfaction.User Personas & Segmentation: Developed captive customer segments and tailored personas, aligning offerings with unique needs.Retention: Introduced a Repeat Order system, enhanced post-purchase engagement, and consolidated emails to boost loyalty.Data-Driven Insights: Used GA4 and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, recordings) to analyze user behavior. Created surveys to understand customer pain points.Results include increased conversion rates, $5K monthly savings, enhanced user experience, and stronger customer retention through tailored strategies and simplified processes.

I documented and implemented the UX process within the triple diamond framework, following the stages of design thinking and the sprint design methodology.I led end-to-end projects using this process, starting with a work plan that includes the definition of specific tasks, research supported by internal data and industry-level insights for data-driven decision-making, and conducting workshops with all squad members. Through these workshops, we achieved technically feasible definitions for production. I created wireframes based on the agreements from the sessions with the squad, highlighted and recognized team members' contributions, and presented the projects to Branding and Marketing executives, obtaining their approval.I documented everything in Figma with a focus on PM, Dev and Q&A, including technical details and acceptance criteria, and supported the implementation and Q&A process by resolving any questions.

Based on the requirement, I defined the work plan using the Triple Diamond framework, along with Design Thinking and Sprint Design methodologies.
