I am a highly motivated and experienced professional with a diverse background in production, project management, and community engagement.As a production assistant with Ring Productions and Muzzle Production Inc, I have successfully contributed to the production of Queen of the Ring and Muzzle, respectively. These experiences have honed my skills in coordinating and managing various aspects of production, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outcomes.In my role as a project manager at Louisville Magazine, I had the opportunity to identify and interview disenfranchised members of the Louisville community. This allowed me to gain valuable insights and perspectives, which I then compiled into a centralized network for future magazine articles. This experience enhanced my ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and tell their stories effectively.Furthermore, my time as the director of operations at Viral LEDs LLC provided me with valuable leadership experience. I successfully managed a team of 15 employees and oversaw the assembly process for an LED start-up company. Through my efforts, we shipped over $750,000 worth of LED strips to all 50 states and 44 countries, contributing to the company's growth and success.Additionally, I have served as the policy director for Craig Greenberg's Louisville Mayoral campaign, where I actively contributed to shaping and implementing policies that address the needs of the community.
