My PhD has been concentrated on two projects, generally focusing on applying statistical inference and maximum entropy techniques to complex fluid flows.(i) Model Inference in Complex Flows:Using data assimilation, statistical inference and machine learning to infer rheology and other latent data from complex flows.(ii) Maximum entropy approaches to mean-field flows:Developing a method to study mean-field/averaged models of complex flows using an information entropy approach.
