Member of the University of Pennsylvania’s Formula SAE Racing Team.The team builds an innovative electric formula race car every year to participate in national competition.My current project is designing and constructing a brake rotor, as well as the rest of the braking system. Previous projects include:- Using CAD and a machine shop to design and construct a model cockpit which will help give dimensions for the real cockpit for prospective drivers.- Designing an actuated steering system.

Made custom signs for using SolidWorks, Mastercam, and ProtoTRAK

I had the opportunity to work on a family farm and do general handiwork in order to become a better engineer. Featured in this section are some of the projects I completed on the farm. These include building a garden with an irrigation system, a pig feeder, and a squat rack. Both the pig feeder and squat rack were built with scrap wood that I had found around the farm from previous owners. Other skills acquired include fixing electric fences, working with high tensile wire, and creating french drains.

Designed a smokehouse using SolidWorks and built it from the blueprints which I created. Aside from SolidWorks, other skills included pouring concrete, laying brick, and fabricating a wood structure, along with dealing with issues as they arose. Overall, the project was a success, allowing me to learn a lot from the experience.

Worked as a salesperson selling Christmas Trees for a nonprofit. Cut, sold, and tied trees for customers.

Held the elected position as National TSA Reporter as well as other state and local positions for an organization of 250,000 people. Spoke in front of thousands of people to help lead the National Conference. Met with appointed members in the Department of Education as well as large companies in order to discuss the future of technical education and promote the organization to business partners.Created online magazine publications as well as worked as a group leader with a team of students from around the world on many projects. Competed in STEAM events, led and attended leadership training sessions.
