Vaar-water app is an on water point of interest navigation app, the application had been built and deployed to TestFlight for external testers but was facing a delicate problem, the app always crashed upon first time install and launch. the app fetches over 60000 objects from server and persist them locally using core data, whereas core data is known not to be a thread safe api, this required a strategic multithreading and memory management with a well thought through batch saving/fetching method to avert the crashes that were occurring on the application upon first install and launch.
