Responsible of all PM & CMT activities for the terminal mobile equipment including Reach Stackers, Empty Handlers, Forklifts , Tractors & Trailers.• Ensuring that work is performed to the highest standard consistent with resources.• Identifying problem areas and use solution methods• Ensuring that those under his control are utilized effectively to fulfill the maintenance requirements and that priorities are properly set and met.• Responsible for detailed parts and material identification to fulfill his priorities and for the acquisition of the parts and materials from stores and for monitoring the progress of requests and orders to completion.• Communicating effectively with subordinates and superiors to ensure that information relating to the repair and maintenance of equipment is available when required.• Ensuring that full and complete records are maintained to facilitate planning and analysis.• Ensuring that work is carried out of high standard of safety• Following up and monitoring Process Excellence project in the department.• Setup and monitoring MEX (CMMS) data and reports.

Maintaining and Assembling of new machines such as: Ferrari CVS TS45RS-X5, Kalmar DRF 400-450, Konecranes SMV 4527 TB6, Reach stackers and Kalmar DCF80-45E7 Empty handles,Overhauling and general maintenance for all terminal Tracks Such as Terberg YT and TT-RT Series and Doosan,Caterpillar Forklifts.Check and maintain proper condition of all terminal vehicles in the workshop.
