Managing a student-led space project participating in the 15th cycle of the REXUS/BEXUS programme. We aspire to create a platform for sounding rocket experiments to be ejected and subjected to reduced gravity conditions, before deploying a parachute and being recovered. Additionally, the platform will host an Attitude Stabilisation System and a scientific experiment in the field of Phase Change Materials. My tasks include organising the work of a 14 person team, acting as the main point of contact towards stakeholders and system engineering.

Coordinating and organizing the fundraising project for a new building with the target of securing a total of 3,5M€ in funding. During the year we secured just shy of 1M€ landing us at the final sum of 3,92M€.I have been a part of the Fundraising team with the goal of raising enough funds to support Teknologföreningen, the Aalto University Student body, and Kauppatieteiden Ylioppilaat in their project to build a study centre in the heart of the Otaniemi campus since my freshman year. During my year as Vice Chair of the board I was directly responsible for the project and had the opportunity to continue working operatively with the fundraising project as a summer job.More about the project at: https://vision.tf.fi/

During the summer internship most of my tasks revolved around assisting experts and senior experts in my team. The tasks ranged from translating work order documents, to creating KPI reports and even updating and working with the company database. After a successful summer internship, I continued to work at Fingrid part-time alongside my studies. Working 1-2 days a week during both the fall of 2020 and spring of 2021, I mostly continued with the tasks I had been assigned during the summer. I also got to refine tasks from the summer, and participate in new projects. I also continued working at Fingrid the next summer.

During the spring of 2021 I worked as a teaching assistant for the course: ELEC-C1230 – Säätötekniikka (or Control Engineering in English). My main responsibilities were grading student course work and exams, creating model solutions for said course work and also hosting course exercise sessions and aiding students along the course. I also personally improved the model solutions for almost all of the course assignments.

Working two summers here I had a large variety of tasks and responsibilities ranging from logistics support to aiding around the store and the rest of the ship.

Mandatory national military service. I was first educated as a Ranger Vice Group Leader then educated the next generation of Coastal Jaeger Group Leaders as a Vice Platoon Leader and Assistant Educator.

Logistical support for the whole restaurant business on the Korkeasaari Zoo. This job provided experience from many different parts of the restaurant business, such as keeping the different kiosks and cafés afloat to basic maintenance jobs. This also involved driving a van.

Part-time job during my upper secondary school education. I worked summers as well as evenings and weekends from time to time. For this I was educated through a course in the basics of optics used in eyewear and optical dispensing.
