• Developed a desktop GUI application using the WPF Framework that is deployed on customer machines and streamlines the maintenance and updating of company software• Designed and developed several C# software applications to congregate and process large quantities of data points into easy to process formats for use by engineering teams• Successfully researched and experimented with new tools to develop frameworks that integrate User Assistance tools in software applications• Made regular progress and status update presentations to the software team, and held software training sessions for other engineering groups

• Lived on site for 9 weeks with direct responsibility for the well-being of 6-10 campers while actively encouraging their character development• Guided the growth of junior counselors and counselors-in-training through consistent feedback, positive role modeling, and bi-weekly evaluations• Taught swim skill instruction courses of varying levels• Ran and supervised aquatic-based activities such as free swim, canoeing, tubing, etc. for up to 20 campers
